It strives to understand each individuals condition and requirements
It finds the right motivation for each individual to get educated, be it a job, startup or independent careers
It removes all unnecessary bloat in the formal education system, for example a python coder may not ever need to know the geology of the earths core !
It sharpens the direction of knowledge acquisition for each user so they can reach a high potential quickly in terms of employ-ability and earning ability
It removes the necessity of school and college infrastructure except for areas where hands on experience is required
It creates affluence within under privileged kids as they are better able to focus their limited study time towards gaining skill sets that can alleviate their poor financial circumstances
Why is the current system of Education inadequate ?
Too much bloat
Too few skilled teachers vs what is required
Too little infrastructure proportional to population
Outdated or unnecessary information that has little relevance in tmrws world with AI
What is the future of employment ?
AI will finish all the lower level jobs including manual jobs like construction etc as machines get smarter and more capable in delivering higher quality in lesser time and in more consistent manner.
The few that jobs that will remain are that in which creativity is very important. Also intuition and the ability to predict based on limited information will be cherished skill set. Highly technical roles with major specializations will gain supremacy as humanity spends more time and energy perfecting these automaton. Space travel and other exploration will flourish as long standing technical challenges regarding manufacturing and material science get solved by AI. Entertainment industries will flourish however due to lower incomes the margins will reduce.
